WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is quite simply the creation of solutions to
problems (or concerns) that facilitate growth in people
who use coaching. In other words, it is a tool. There
are many ways to approach problems, and that is why we,
at Coached Living, develop many ways for coaching to
take place.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
All people are unique and have their preferred ways
of learning and growing. Therefore, we have put together
packages that we think will benefit most people.
WORKSHOPS: Workshops, or seminars,
provide the opportunity for people to set aside one or
two days and focus intently upon learning ways to
approach their relationship concerns. The way we deliver
these services is in a group environment which allows
for maximum growth through a combination of lectures,
exercises, break-out groups, and field work. These
workshops are fast-paced and packed with a lot of good
information. Many people will want to follow up the
workshop with a series of coaching sessions to help them
put into action all that they will learn.

TELECONFERENCES: Teleconferences
provide individuals with a way to participate in a group
environment without ever leaving the comfort of their
homes or offices. All that is needed is a telephone.
They take place over several weeks, with one call per
week, which lasts for 60 to 90 minutes. Participants
dial into a bridge line, which will connect the coach
and the participants. Materials will be delivered to
participants in advance either by mail or
electronically. Fieldwork will be assigned each week and
discussed in the group the next week. There will be an
opportunity for participants to buddy up, should they
choose to do so. Coupling up with a buddy facilitates
growth and learning tremendously and is highly
recommended, but not required.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING: This method of
coaching allows the individual one-on-one time with a
coach to do a lot of discovery and design work in
getting relationships tweaked to perfection. The
sessions are usually weekly and can be 25 minutes or 50
minutes in length. Individual coaching is intense and
personal. This structure allows all the focus to be on
you.

COUPLES COACHING: Coaching couples
has many of the components of individual coaching,
except that the focus of the session will be on the
couple, rather than on either of the individuals. During
these sessions, we work to find solutions to problems
encountered by the couple, and we work on designing and
developing the relationship to be all that the couple
dreams of. Click

ON THE SPOT COACHING: This form of
coaching is for the individual who has been on the path
to relationship development for a while and has hit a
snag. Perhaps a 15 to 30 minute session with the coach
is all that is needed, or perhaps a couple of sessions
will be needed to get back on track. Whatever is needed,
our coaches can supply it on the spot!
